Purpose
A company mailbox can serve simulations or training. Training mailboxes are not shown in the campaign creator.
SMTP settings
Enter host, port, encryption, login, password and sender address. Port 587 normally uses STARTTLS and 465 SSL/TLS. Gmail commonly requires an app password.
Sender and replies
Sender address is required. The default sender name is a fallback; Reply-To may route replies elsewhere.
Testing
Use Test after saving. It verifies connection and authentication; only a real message confirms deliverability.
